Service Description
At Cowichan Valley Fitness & Nutrition in Chemainus ☆ This style of yoga is designed for all types of bodies and experience levels, with a happy balance of strengthening through dynamic movement and stretching in static poses. Students will connect with their breath to calm their minds and feel present in their bodies. To finish off, students will be guided in a meditation to ground and connect. To contribute to the well-being of this planet, Britt will plant one tree for each class!** ☆ *Trees planted through TenTree in Indonesia, Madagascar, and Kenya. ☆ Drop-Ins welcome - cash, card, and e-transfer accepted. ☆ Runs until end of February with possibility of continuing into March! ☆
