Intro to Fall Online Yoga Series: Water - Go with the Flow
Connect with the breath as you move through a flowing yoga sequence. In addition to Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), you will flow through more standing poses and build to a chest opening pose before cooling off. This one is great if you enjoy movementfirst thing in the morning or foran afternoon workout! Suggested Props: blanket, strap
