Water - Go with the Flow

Connect with the breath as you move through a flowing yoga sequence. In addition to Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), you will flow through more standing poses and build to a chest opening pose before cooling off. This one is great if you enjoy movementfirst thing in the morning or foran afternoon workout! Suggested Props: blanket, strap

Fire - Shine Your Light

This slow and gentle floor yoga sequence is perfect for those gloomy fall mornings when you don't want to get out of bed! Crawl onto your mat, get your spine gently moving as you wake up, and ignite the light within. By the time the half hour is up, you can carry this light with you throughout the rest of your day. Suggested Props: candle, blanket

Earth - Grounding & Gratitude

For both the body and the mind, this is the perfect evening practice. Gently stretch key muscle groups at the end of a hard day of work, and end in a restorative relaxation pose. While focusing on the connection of your body with the Earth, you'll feel more grounded and relaxed as you prepare for bed. Suggested Props: bolster/pillow/yoga blocks (or books)

Air - Leaf It Be

Evening Practice for Letting Go A time of year of both change and balance... The perfect time to find peace with what is, and let what isn't serving you drift away like a falling leaf. Slowly moving from standing to floor poses, this will settle you for the evening and open your hips & heart for a season of change. Suggested Props: pillow/yoga blocks (or books)
