Living yoga includes caring for all parts of self: physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Gathering together, socializing, and forming friendships is a part of health and wellness just as much as stretching and meditation is. So why not combine the two?

Ticket includes:

• 1-hour yoga session - outside at the public space beyond Serious' patio (or inside the brewery if poor weather)

• 16oz beer after when the brewery opens! (You may upgrade to 20oz, swap for wine or cocktail for additional charge.)

Yoga mats and props are available for use! Beginners welcome!
