Living yoga includes caring for all parts of self: physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Gathering together, socializing, and forming friendships is a part of health and wellness just as much as stretching and meditation is. So why not combine the two?
Ticket includes:
1-hour yoga session - inside the magic of the brewery!
20oz beer after when the brewery opens! (You swap for wine, cocktail, or non-alcohol beverage. May include additional charge.)
Yoga mats and props are available for use! Beginners welcome!
